Roger H. Morris, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTC®, joined New York Life in 1980 after 18 years as a high school teacher and administrator. Although Roger has worked for more than 30 years with Small Business owners to address their personal and business needs in the areas of Executive Benefits, Retirement, and Financial Planning, his current focus is Transition Planning.
Roger earned his undergraduate degree at Wayne State College in Nebraska. He completed his Masters at Cal State University at Fullerton and pursued his postgraduate study at the University of Southern California.
Roger has served as President of NAIFA, Orange County and has been an active member of the Orange County Estate Planning Council and Planned Giving Roundtable. Roger has multiple qualifications as Agent of the Year for the South Coast GO and is a recipient of the Agent of the Year Award by the South Coast GAMA.
Roger served on the Planned Gift Development Committee of the Children's Hospital of Orange County and the Board of Directors for Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Orange County. He has been awarded the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award by the Volunteer Center of Orange County.
Roger's personal interests are family, golf, tennis and travel. 
Jasmita "Jessie" Patel, CLTC®, LUTCF, has been an agent with New York Life since 2006 and The R H Morris Group since 2008, helping her clients in financial, business, and estate planning. Jessie is a Registered Representative for NYLIFE Securities LLC, is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, and is also a Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and The Million Dollar Round Table. Jessie holds her Series 6, Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses, is Life Insurance and Health Insurance* licensed, and is certified in Long Term Care.
She grew up in Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with emphasis in Marketing and Management from Chapman University in Orange, California. While in college, Jessie tried to travel as much as she could, and today she serves clients all over the United States. In her spare time, Jessie enjoys spending time with her husband Kunal, travelling, volunteering in local charities and spending time with her family and friends.

Prior to coming to The Morris Group and New York Life, Scott was involved for 11 years in private equity finance for several technology based start -up companies, serving as Vice President and then Director of Investor Relations.  Scott joined New York Life in 2010, where he earned Rookie of the Year and Paid Case Leader.  He was honored to join the Morris Group in 2012.

Scott is the Chair for the Hyundai Cancer Institute Advisory Committee at CHOC (Children's Hospital Orange County).  He is currently appointed as Community Services Commissioner for the City of Irvine.   He served for 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Red Wagon Foundation, which helped Orange County families and children in need.  He is very active with the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, serving on multiple committees. Scott is also on the Volunteers for Good Committee for New York life and was the Orange Coast General Offices Political Involvement Leader for the last 3 years.

Scott earned his Psychology degree with a Health Science emphasis from California State University, Long Beach.

Scott holds his Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses and is an active member of NAIFA.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Rachelle and son Matthew, traveling and cooking.
Marty is a retired New York Life agent and is currently an Associate Financial Advisor with R H Morris Insurance and Financial Services.
Marty has worked with owners of closely held businesses for more than eighteen years in the areas of employee benefits, retirement, and personal planning. Her approach has emphasized a team effort with other professional advisors in building effective strategies for her clients.
Marty has served on various community and professional Board of Directors. During her tenure as chairman of the CHOC Padrinos board she facilitated the funding of an endowed gift to the NICU and the Heart Institute.  She has served on the Orange County board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Vanguard University's Business Council, the Advisory Committee for the Teen Leadership Foundation.  She currently serves on the CHOC Heart Institute Advisory Committee developing strategies to support families of heart patients.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Marty holds a CLU® and CLTC® designations.
Her passions include golf, hiking, Pilates, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
